My approach
We build or break our own lives with our beliefs about reality.
However well-founded and self-evident these beliefs may seem, as long as we take them for our own, we will play out the same joyless script all our lives. What is the essence of my work? We look for the causes of the problem in ourselves and remove them.
A system of beliefs is passed down by inheritance, but there is a way in which we certify our parents’ program and agree to its repetition in our generation: by judging our parents. In God’s shop this is the most expensive item, and you pay for it with the effectiveness of your whole life. So correcting your attitude to your parents is the first and main key to solving the hardest challenges of fate, at the level of cause.
The subconscious seals the gap between beliefs and reality with emotion. Emotions trigger a reaction in the body [which is also called illness] and at the same time block a person’s reasonable behavior [which we are used to calling character].
The emotion that derails our life is, in essence, a single one: resentment toward others, toward ourselves [self-blame], toward God [fate]. Without overcoming resentment in a specific situation, the problem cannot be solved. Resentment is born of false beliefs such as “I can’t be treated like this,” “I deserve better,” and so on. Giving up resentment by exposing the beliefs that sustain it is the second key, at the level of effect. Low self-esteem is a consequence of resentment toward one’s parents. It kills the desire to communicate and to act. Self-esteem is what we restore first.

Life is governed by unshakable laws.
These laws are good.
The universe was created for the sake of man.

What I suggest doing
At trainings and consultations I teach a method of regular, independent work on yourself that is technically very simple and needs few resources. It is a rational synthesis of the most effective approaches I have come across in my life. All it will take from you is 15 to 30 minutes a day and a quiet setting. But this practice shows you yourself in your true light, and so it suits only those who have finally decided to change their life.
ConsultationsThis is not medical care.

How I identify the cause
For diagnosis I use the system of German New Medicine (GNM) developed by the outstanding Dr. Hamer. No more complete, formally described system of the connection between a psychological event and the body’s reaction exists today. That is why it is also called true psychosomatics, to distinguish the term from the esotericism of Lise Bourbeau, Louise Hay and others. In my practice, however, psychosomatics is a system of diagnosis that gives no working tools for solving problems.
And in the end we arrive at the most important understanding: for any recovery, God’s grace is a necessary condition. It is acquired through humility, which in modern language means awareness. I hope my work leads to exactly this.

I would go mad from the injustice of this world if I did not know that the last word belongs to the Lord God.
— St. Paisios of Mount Athos

Where it came from
I work as a psychological counselor with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology; I switched to this work over the last 10 years. Before that I built a career in pharmaceuticals, and before that spent years founding and running businesses; I hold a master’s degree in economics. I met my teacher, both professional and spiritual, 22 years ago, when I happened to go to him for an appointment using the Voll method. Then I saw something “truly real” in the ocean of illusory and meaningless things in my life. And although this moved me to complete courses in Voll diagnostics, I was not able to learn to work with the device: that takes a very rare talent.
My private psychological practice began when my mentor agreed to hold joint sessions with me, up to 9 hours a week (plus two or three hours of personal therapy). This remarkable chance to work together in person lasted more than three years, and it continues to this day on a smaller scale, remotely. This man deserves to be described at much greater length: he is a first-rate therapist with more than thirty years of experience, a truly Orthodox psychologist, and at the same time a man of the broadest scientific outlook. But he does not like publicity and quietly sees his patients in a circle of a few colleagues, without the slightest advertising. One can get to him only by recommendation, appointments are booked two months ahead, and he often turns down new patients.
At the same time I completed all the training available from the two leading Russian-speaking teachers and popularizers of GNM at the time, Egor Mironov and Vyacheslav Neufeld. I was amazed to learn that the approach to identifying the cause of physical symptoms that my mentor had practiced intuitively for many years had been formally and scientifically described in Dr. Hamer’s works back in the 1980s, and is used by thousands of honest doctors and psychologists around the world.
My spiritual foundation is Orthodox Christianity, to which I finally came after visiting Dochiariou Monastery on the Holy Mountain of Athos and meeting Archimandrite Gabriel (Giouvris), one of the closest disciples and companions of Archimandrite Gregory (Zoumis) of blessed memory, the abbot of the monastery, whose teachings formed the basis of the documentary “Where Are You, Adam?” By God’s Providence, I now live near this monastery.
