Terms of purchase

This page says what you get for your money, how you pay, when access opens and what to do if a purchase does not suit you. By paying for material on the site you agree to these terms, and that is why they are written in ordinary words.

This is a translation from Russian. If the two versions differ, the Russian text prevails.

The seller is sole proprietor Svitlana Ivanivna Korsun, Ukraine, taxpayer number (RNOKPP) 2521004641. The materials are created and maintained by Anton Tarasov: he is the author of the trainings and club meetings and answers all questions about them.

Access to recordings of trainings and club meetings on this site: video, audio and written notes. This is digital material: nothing is sent by post and nothing needs to be installed; everything opens in the browser.

The recordings and notes are in Russian.

What each training includes and what it costs is stated on its page. A month of the club is the four meetings of that month; months are sold separately.

The “Training + consultation” option includes, besides the recordings, one personal online consultation lasting an hour and a half. It can be held within two months of payment; the time is agreed through my personal Telegram.

The price is stated on the material’s page, in euros. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on the page of the plata by mono service (JSC Universal Bank). The site charges nothing on top of the price; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate. Cards issued by Russian banks are not accepted.

You enter the card number, expiry date and the code on the back on the bank’s page. The site does not receive or store them.

Before paying, you give an email address: access will be sent to it. There is no need to register in advance.

Right after payment the material opens in the same window, and an email with a link arrives in your inbox. The purchase is tied to this address: by signing in to the site with Google or with a code sent to this email, you will find it in “My materials” on any device.

If the email has not arrived within an hour and it is not in your spam folder, write to me, and access will be opened manually.

Access is for life: it does not expire and does not need renewing.

The materials are for you personally. Please do not pass the link on to others or post the recordings and notes publicly: this is work that took years, and it lives by being bought.

If within fourteen days of payment you realize the material does not suit you, write to me, and the money will be refunded in full, with no reason needed. Access closes after the refund.

If the purchase included a consultation and it has already taken place, the cost of the recordings is refunded: the package price minus the difference from the price of the training.

If access did not open through our fault, the fourteen-day limit does not apply: either everything will be fixed or the money will be refunded, whichever you choose.

The money is returned to the same card. How soon it arrives depends on your bank, usually from a few minutes to a few business days.

The trainings and the club are the author’s psychological work, not medical treatment. They do not replace medical care or a doctor’s supervision.

Your purchase is governed by the terms that stood here on the day of payment. If the terms change, this affects only later purchases.
